I TRAVEL between Helston and Long Rock Monday to Friday forking out for a monthly bus ticket costing £86.
My main concern is the service home - in recent weeks the 5.26pm Long Rock to Helston has been running up to 20 and 25 minutes late but never on time.
This has been the case since the bus timetable change in September of this year.
There have been various excuses as stated by the First Bus Company, so you can see my frustration and this is not the first time dealing with them over an issue.
I have sent a copy to MP Andrew George and hope my plight doesn't go unheard. Customers on this route keep on getting fobbed off with excuses from the normal letter writing.
So let’s have a shout for the poor old workers, not just travelling on this route but others throughout Falmouth, Helston, Porthleven, Penzance and Truro.
R McLardy, Castel Wary Close, Helston
