Tucked away in the village of Perranarworthal lies The Norway Inn.
This traditional British pub offers a warm welcome to diners, drinkers and those seeking a peaceful retreat.
The pub has plenty of character, with an extensive bar area and plenty of nooks and corners. There is also an extensive menu, with daily specials alongside.
The Norway Inn is dedicated to crafting delicious pub classics with a modern twist true country fare that gives a knowledgeable nod to the seasons and the local farms and estates that provide the produce.
“We want to work with people who share our beliefs that we need to be part of the solution – not the problem,” said landlord Mark Holden.
“We have a responsibility to look after animals, the soil, the environment, our employees and our local community and treat them all with respect.
“This takes differing forms and differing interpretations but working with like-minded businesses is non-negotiable.
"We are seasonal. It tastes better. It’s better for the environment. It’s exciting. It’s what makes this planet what it is.
"We are local. As a generational, less distance is a small footprint, less distance is fresher. Supporting the local economy is a good thing to do.”
Mark also said that he believes that hospitality is “more than great service.”
“We want all our team members to genuinely care and be thoughtful about guests having a great time and experiencing our hospitality through authentic generosity.”
