A theme park in Cornwall had announced that it'll be open throughout the Easter holidays in April.
General Manager Richard Welby said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming visitors to the Park for Easter. We have been working non-stop throughout the winter months and now we’re looking forward to a brand-new year and bringing a host of family fun for all of our amazing visitors.”
Flambards Theme Park in Helston will open every day from Saturday, April 2 until Sunday, April 24 allowing fun for all the family across the period.
On Sunday, April 17 Flambards’ much-loved mascot Ferdi the Fox will be on-site with his popular Big Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 17th.
There is plenty to get involved with for the youngsters with a quiz trail they can follow Ferdi’s hidden clues, track down the answers and claim their chocolatey prize.
For the curious minds, there will be performances from the Billy Wizz Magic Show (April 12/19) and also a Creepy Crawly Show (April 9/23).
Firm Flambards favourites which will be back in action include the Hornet Rollercoaster, SkyRaker, Thunderbolt and the Colorado River log flume.
Younger families will love the traditional rides in Ferdi's Funland, including the Teacups, Space Shuttle and a new mini carousel. Go on an adventure and discover dinosaurs in the Jurassic Journey before uncovering fossils in the Dino Dig.
It will be all aboard the Western Mine Train too, which opened last year and takes passengers on a journey through the Wild West.
Should the weather not be so great there is still plenty to get involved with indoors at the theme park including a step back in time through the Victorian Village and Britain in the Blitz reconstructions.
