IT is such a shame that chef Harry Bartlett has been refused a licence to serve food (using local produce) from a van on Cliff Road.
Then I see that the Councillor, A Jewell, who said “the ice cream van should stay an ice cream van,” is the same councillor who has built his own BMX track without asking for permission.
Is there one law for counsellors and another law for us? It seems very unfair.
Tracey Pringle, Falmouth.
