I AM writing to remind everyone in the local area to donate any unwanted household goods to the Falmouth British Heart Foundation (BHF) Furniture & Electrical Store.

The Falmouth Furniture & Electrical Store is home to hundreds of lovely things including sofas, beds, dining tables, wardrobes and TVs. One hundred per cent of the profits raised will fund the BHF’s pioneering research to put an end to the suffering caused by heart disease and help eradicate it for good.

The Falmouth Store is always looking for donations of your unwanted household goods, so if you’re thinking of updating your living room next month or looking to move house soon, please donate any unwanted items to them.

They’re always looking for lovely sofas, beds, wardrobes and small electricals etc. As an interiors expert, appearing in Channel 4’s ‘Four Rooms’, I’ve visited many BHF Furniture & Electrical Stores and found some real vintage gems on offer such as cabinets, sofas, armchairs, beds and more.

Coronary heart disease is the UK’s single biggest killer, shattering the lives of too many. When you consider that selling two sofas could fund one of our young scientists for a whole day, it really puts it into perspective how much this store can help those in need. My dad suffered from heart attacks so this is a cause close to my heart, I know how much difference this store is making to fund research to eradicate this deadly disease.

Join the fight for every heartbeat by donating unwanted household items to your local Falmouth store. You can even book a free collection for your items online at bhf.org.uk/free or by calling the Store on 0844 334 1416.
