I DO not think that the second homeowners of Helford properties have any right to object to a jetty if they do not reside in Helford or in the county in their main residence.
How does a second home that is not being rented out and is only liable for part council tax support local people? Anyone that owns a second home and only visits it a few times a year is not supporting the local shops or facilities on a full-time basis if at all.
