Regarding your recent headlines, "councillors furious as town remains in a disgusting state," can I ask why they are furious? They've done nothing to help other than put few gull proof bins around the shops and waterfront?

Surely it's us residents who should be furious at the continued embarrassing state of our town! Get your act together Falmouth council, Carrick and, oh yes, don't we have a town manager - where's he on all this? Give us wheelie bins, sort out the retail collections and hose the streets! Other areas manage, so what's the problem here?
