CHAN. – Lisa Yuk Fong Chan, former proprietor of Wing Cheung House, Falmouth, sadly passed away on Monday 18th March, 2013, aged 59, after a six month battle with pancreatic cancer, at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff with her devoted family by her side. She will be remembered by her loving husband, Simon Kai Wah; children, Tracey, Billy, Phillip; their partners, Andrew, Rosy, Hannah; and grandchildren, Kingsley, Poppy-Irys, Lewis. We know she made many friends during her 28 years in Cornwall. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, 2nd April at 12:30pm at Thornhill Crematorium, Cardiff followed by light refreshments at New House Country Hotel, Cardiff. Family flowers only, but donations if wished to www.justgiving.com/chan-lisa in support of Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund.
