Jacqui and family would like to thank friends, neighbours, colleagues, former clients and Helston Lizard Rotary for all the many cards and messages of sympathy, for attending St Michael's Church service and for all the kind words spoken afterwards. To Gloria Knight for her touching written printed Tribute. To the Pall Bearers and chosen readers, many thanks. To Canon David Miller and the Reverend Jane Bradbury for taking the service and supporting the family, many thanks. Our heartfelt thanks to The Ambulance Service, the M.A.U., Lowen Ward and Critical Care Ward and to all the RCH professionals who with their knowledge, care and compassion made Derek's last days as comfortable as was possible. Finally, a special thank you to Pendle Funeral Services, Jamie and Shirley who have guided and supported us through all the arrangements with a respectful manner and sincere kindness. Thank you all.
