FILBY. – it is with great sadness we announce that Michael Filby, of Falmouth, passed away after a long illness fought with bravery and optimism at RCH Treliske on 15th May 2016. Much loved husband of Elyse, loving dad of Melanie and her husband Duncan and a dear grandad of Joe and Rachael. Funeral service in Trelawny Chapel, Penmount Crematorium on Thursday 2nd June at 1pm. Family flowers only, but donations in lieu, if desired, for The British Heart Foundation may be given by retiring collection or c/o Kingsley Tresidder Funeral Service, Trelendor, 1 Victoria Place, Ponsanooth, TR3 7EZ, 01872 863607. At Michael's request please wear something colourful.
