Chadwick. – Peacefully on Thursday 2nd June 2016 at Falmouth Hospital, Sally aged 69 years of Penryn. Loving wife to Nick, Mother to Loretta, Sophia and Alex and devoted daughter of Kathleen and Albert (deceased). The Funeral Service will take place at 11.00am on Friday 17th June 2016 at King Charles the Martyr Parish Church, Falmouth followed by interment in The Glebe Cemetery, Penryn. Flowers welcome or donations, if preferred, to the NSPCC or Age UK c/o T. Cooke, Funeral Directors, 4 Quarry HIll, Falmouth, TR11 2BP.
