JILKS Cecil On Saturday 18th February 2017 Cecil passed away peacefully aged 94 years at Mountford House, Truro. Beloved husband of Sheila (deceased). Funeral service Friday 3rd March 2017 11.30am Kernow Chapel, Penmount Crematorium.
