CONDY Denis "Jack" Peacefully on 16th January,2018 at the Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske), Jack aged 85 years of Penryn Loving Husband to Gloria (Deceased), much loved Dad of Alison and Jamie, Dear Father in-law of Tony and Rachel, loving Grandad of Caroline and Thomas The Funeral Service will take place at Penryn Methodist Church on Monday 5th Febuary 2018, at 1pm followed by Cremation at Penmount Crematorium, Truro Family flowers only, Donations in lieu, if desired for Little Harbour (Childrens Hospice Southwest) may be given by retiring collection or c/o T. Cooke Funeral Directors, 4 quarry Hill, Falmouth TR11 2BP.
