MADDOCK David Victor Sadly passed away at home on 16th December 2021 aged 86 years. Much loved father of Carey, Tessa, Janneke, Murk, Bouke and Sietske and grand-father who will be greatly missed. Celebration of his life at St Michael's Church, Helston on Tuesday 18th January at 10am. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, donations to The British Heart Foundation and South West Hospice
