TRETHOWAN, Kathryn 'Jane' née Gilbert On Thursday 8th December 2022, Jane passed away peacefully at her home, Adjewednack, Trenoon Farm, Ruan Minor. Aged 74 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Denis Trethowan, devoted mother of Steven and Kathryn, proud mother-in-law to Tara and Chris, adored Nanny of Megan, Amelia, Louis, Ted, Will and Winnie, loving sister of Richard, Doug and Christine and a special friend to many people. An Inspirational nurse for over 50 years, mainly with Helston community / district nurses. Funeral service Porthleven Methodist Church on Thursday 22nd December at 11.30 am, followed by family cremation at Treswithian Downs Crematorium. There will be a family interment of ashes with her beloved Denis in the New Year. Family flowers only, but donations in memory of Jane will be welcomed for Helston District Nurses, Mullion Sunshine Cafe and Helston RFC Mini / Youth Section. Donations may be left by way of a retiring collection at the funeral service, or sent payable to the funeral director at the address below. R.E.
