GARRARD Shelagh Kaye (née Hocking)

Shelagh Kaye Garrard of Constantine sadly passed away Friday 15 March 2024, age 83, at the Royal Cornwall Hospital Treliske. Shelagh had strong ties to Cornwall, becoming a Cornish Bard for her "services to the Cornish Language", a qualification she achieved in her late 70's. Shelagh and her husband Paul were well known in their village as much for their good humour as for their black labradors, Dominic and then Tangi. Shelagh will be sadly missed by her sons, Ian and Mike, and her grandchildren, Edward and Rhiannon, as well as the many groups she belonged to.
