ANDREW. – Patricia Jean (Pat). Passed peacefully away on June 27th 2011, aged 96, at Riversway Nursing Home, Bristol (formerly of Falmouth). Reunited with her beloved Husband Andy. Beloved mum of Tessa, Colin and the late Richard and grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She will be very sadly missed by us all.
