RUTT. – Monsignor Cecil Richard, aged 86 years, of Falmouth, former Anglican Bishop of Leicester, peacefully at Treliske Hospital, Truro on Wednesday 27th July 2011. Husband of Joan (deceased). A Requiem Mass will be held at St Mary Immaculate Church, Falmouth on Tuesday 9th August at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, for The Disasters Emergency Committee East Africa Appeal c/o T. Cooke, Funeral Director, 4 Quarry Hill, Falmouth, TR11 2BP.
