SLATER. – Peacefully on Sunday 19th February 2012, at Mount Edgcumbe Hospice, Michael, aged 65 years, of Falmouth. Father of Amy, Emma, Lucy and Helen. The funeral service will take place at 1pm on Friday 2nd March 2012 at King Charles Parish Church, Falmouth, followed by private family cremation. Close family flowers only, but donations may be made, if desired, to Cornwall Hospice Care c/o T.Cooke, Funeral Director, 4 Quarry Hill, Falmouth, TR11 2BP.
