The funeral service will take place at 11.30am on Friday 22nd June 2012 at Penmount Crematorium, Kernow Chapel. Family flowers only, but donations may be made, if desired, to Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust c/o T. Cooke, Funeral Directors, 4 Quarry Hill, Falmouth, TR11 2BP.
