NANCEGOLLAN VILLAGE HALL: There is a Bingo evening to enjoy on February 8, eyes down at 7.30pm - everyone is welcome.
The Bowls Club meet on Tuesdays at 7pm and always welcome new members. The Florence Quilters get together on Fridays between 10am and 3pm, or hours to suit you. These sessions cost £2.50, please call 01209 831502 for more information.
CROWAN CHURCH: The Rev Phillip Douglass took holy communion at 11am on Sunday. Sunday is Crowan Feast and the visiting preacher will be the Venerable Bill Stuart-White, the new Arch Deacon.
On Monday, February 4 at 7pm, there will be a concert by the St Aubyn Singers, who will be joined by Crowan School Choir. Sarah Turner will also be there playing her flute. There will be refreshments to follow.
