The Marie Curie Holly Ball, which has raised more than £38,000 over the past five years, has announced a new venue for the 2013 event.
The newly refurbished and rebranded Merchants Manor in Western Terrace will host this year’s black tie event on December 20.
Guests will be invited to indulge in a cocktail, have a spin on the fun casino tables, try their luck with the raffle and tombola and then dance the night away to a live band and DJ.
Lisa Smitheram, of the Marie Curie Falmouth fundraising group, said: “We’re really excited to be holding our ball at Merchants Manor.
“The hotel’s elegant country house feel makes it an ideal venue for our glamorous event.”
Tickets cost £17.50 and can be booked from the Marie Curie office on 01872 260500. Numbers are limited so early booking is advisable.
