A DEAL has been struck on who will lead Cornwall Council for the next four years with a coalition of parties taking the reins.
The deal includes four Liberals, four independents and two minor parties possibly Mebyon Kernow or Labour.
The conservatives do not appear to have been included.
Independent councillor John Pollard from Hayle is the man nominated to lead the council and his position will be ratified at meeting of the full council on Tuesday.
