Detectives in St Agnes have appealed for the public’s help with an investigation into a drug related incident that led to a man receiving emergency medical treatment.
Police officers were called to an address in St Agnes at 9.23pm on Saturday following a report from the ambulance service, which had responded to a 999 call.
A 26-year-old man was taken to hospital, where he remains “critically ill” according to a police spokesperson.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the police via the 101 non-emergency telephone line and quote reference 859/18/05/13, or call Crime Stoppers on 0800 555111 using same reference.
- A 33-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man were arrested in connection with the incident and subsequently released on police bail until September 6.
