A Helston man bailed in connection with a farm death in 2011 has been released without further action taken.
The 53-year-old was arrested last March on suspicion of manslaughter and gross negligence alongside a 46-year-old from Wadebridge.
They were investigated after the death of Jason Morgan, aged 33, who was found dead on a farm in Roche where he was installing safety netting.
Devon and Cornwall Police and the Health and Safety Executive looked into the incident, but both men have now been released from police bail.
