On Sunday the service was led by Barrie May from Carharrack. Readers were George and Ginny Leggo and Emma St Ledger who gave a dramatic reading from 1 Kings chapter 21 v 1-4. This was followed by George Leggo reading from Romans chapter 12 v 1-12. David Collins was organist and steward-on-duty was Bruce Keer. The service was followed by a bring-and-share lunch.

Art exhibitions continue this week with Ann Walker, Carole Walshe and Carol Chesterman, Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm. Coffee mornings continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30am to 11.30am and on Fridays from 9am to 11.30am. On Saturday Amity Theatre Group are holding a coffee morning from 10am to noon. On Sunday at 10.30am the service is our monthly cafe style service led by Deacon Michelle. It will include a baptism and there will be a blessing of knitting for the babies in South Africa before the garments are sent off. The Stitchcraft Group are coordinating this and are continuing with the knitting for the foreseeable future.
