A 68-year-old Penryn man accused of inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl has been found not guilty on all counts.
Anthony Blagden, of Carn Rock, was charged with sexually touching the underage girl on June 9, 2012. He was also accused of attempting to persuade her to expose her breasts.
A jury found him not guilty of both charges at Truro Crown Court yesterday.
