A Polish man operating a crab processing business at Newlyn will go to court to face allegations that he breached food hygiene regulations on three occasions in May last year.

Jacek Sylwester Fester, aged 39, of Station Road, Pool, pleaded guilty at Truro's magistrates' court to failing to provide wash hand basins with hot and cold running water at his premises, operating the facility without approval from the competent authority, and denying access to upper floors of the units at Stable Hobba Estate to a food hygiene officer.

His case will be heard on June 5 at Truro Magistrates' Court.
