Sunday was the Feast of Corpus Christi, transferred from the traditional Thursday. There was a half-day of reflection of Salesian spirituality which was filled with Salesian co-operators who came for the day of reflection. This was run by Father Martin Poulson, who celebrated mass in the morning. Afterwards there was a shared lunch in the hall.

In the evening there was an hour of special meditation and reflection, as asked for by Pope Francis. He has been in touch with dioceses all round the world to try as far as possible to share this hour of meditation at the same time globally.

Congratulations to Ian Sullivan and Tracy Rudland and to Peter Green and Clare Martin, who were married this week.
