Sunday morning worship was led by Andrew Besley from Fraddam.
A self-confessed enthusiast for holy scripture, Mr Besley took the Bible as the theme for his address, emphasising the vital importance of its message. Mrs Besley read the lessons and David Philp was organist.
The preacher for evening worship was the Rev Steve Swann, who talked about the importance of strong faith, using the story of the healing of the Centurion’s servant as illustrative material. The service included holy communion. Dorothy Pountain read the lessons and Godfrey Richards was organist.
