Detectives are investigating after two valuable watches were taken from a home in St Austell.
Burglars broke into the property in Graham Avenue on Thursday afternoon (23 January) by smashing a patio window.
The house was searched before the offenders left with a Tag Heuer watch and a Tudor Tiger watch, valued at £2,000 each.
They also took a black iPod classic, a £100 wrist watch and other items of jewellery.
Police are appealing for information from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the Polkyth Park and Graham Avenue area between 2.30pm and 4pm on the day of the offence.
They would also like to hear from anyone who may have been offered the watches for sale.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting crime reference GA/14/250.
