Penryn woman admits abusing position as power of attorney to her mother over £156,843
Penryn woman Catherine Gail Aitkenhead has pleaded guilty to abusing her position as power of attorney to her mother, Jean Dryden, with the intention of making a financial gain.
The 48-year-old from Penvale Crescent appeared before Truro Crown Court on Friday when the case against her was adjourned until February 28 so probation reports can be prepared ahead of her sentencing. She was released on conditional bail
The charge relates to abusing her position as attorney to her mother Jean Dryden, intending to make a gain for herself of £156,843.79 between 2007 and 2011.
