Red Cross help elderly during Coverack power cut
Elderly and vulnerable residents of Coverack were visited by the Red Cross when the power went out last week.
Western Power has also been thanked for their “prompt action” in reconnecting the properties in Porthgwara Road, following damage caused by the high winds.
Councillor Sarah Lyne was passing on thanks from a grateful member of the public at last week’s parish council meeting.
