A Falmouth man has been been handed a driving ban after admitting driving without insurance for the third time in two years.
Matthew Charles William Dobson, aged 25, of Longfield, Falmouth, who previously had entered guilty pleas by letter, was dealt with in his absence at Truro Magistrates’ Court for driving without insurance or an appropriate driving licence, and was banned from driving for a year.
The court heard this was his third non-insurance offence in just over two years.
He was also fined £230 and had to pay £83 costs and surcharge.
