A planning application has been resubmitted for a two bedroom dwelling to be built on land adjacent to Lee House, on Station Road in Penryn.
The plans, by Anthony Clarke, follow a previous application which was refused on June 6, 2013.
They have raised a comment from Cornwall Council’s tree officer, who is concerned that six sycamore stems which impact on the site and provide a significant public amenity, would be damaged by the proposed development.
