PENRYN College has gone virtual with the launch of its new online platform to keep parents informed.
The new Virtual School initiative, unveiled for the college’s spring term, hosts information on pupils and their courses online to allow access to parents and guardians as well as pupils.
Available anywhere via the front page of the college website, the programme allows teachers to set work, and lets parents view information on their children such as reports, homework, timetables, achievements and punishments.
Parents will also be able to book appointments for subject review evenings, and to sign up to a tailored weekly email.
