Lee Jackson, of Acacia Road in Falmouth, has been banned from driving for three years after pleading guilty to a charge of driving a Sym Jet 125cc scooter while over the legal alcohol limit.
Jackson, 23, was also made the subject of a community order under which he must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Magistrates at Truro also ordered Jackson to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
