Penryn councillors support three new planning applications
Councillors in Penryn have fully supported plans by a Mr and Mrs Coot to reduce the length of a dwelling at 47 Truro Lane in order to provide a new attached garage.
A planning application submitted by Peter Williams to build a conservatory on a balcony at 22 Bronescombe Close in Penryn has also been supported by members of the town council’s planning committee.
The planning committee is also backing plans by David Beeston to level a drive parking area at Chy-An-Dowr, Tremoughdale, and rebuild an existing wall as a retainer with concrete block.
