Falmouth’s St Piran’s Day Parade will take place next Wednesday morning and will be preceded by a shop window competition which will be judged over the weekend.
All those taking part will gather at the Methodist Church on The Moor at 9.30am where there will be singing and Cornish music.
The parade will set off at 10am and move along Webber Street, go up High Street as far as Brewery Yard and then back down to Prince of Wales Pier before returning to The Moor where there will be dancing on the piazza.
Refreshments will be served in the Methodist Church from 11am and there will be storytelling at 11.15am and a performance of Trelawny led by Falmouth Community Choir at 11.55am.
