A planning application seeking consent to build a new home at 6 Woodlane Crescent, Falmouth, fronting onto Florence Terrace, is being opposed by the town’s planning committee.
While a similar application had been withdrawn last year, but the new one prompted the same reaction from local councillors. They claim it would be over development of the site and would not be in keeping with the neighbourhood.
If Cornwall Council approve it, Falmouth councillors want a condition that the new home is kept as ancillary domestic use to 6 Woodlane.
