A man has died after a crash near Newquay.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the collision on A3075 outside of Hendra Croft Farm, Rejerrah, Newquay at about 1.26 PM on Monday, March 3.
The 87-year-old driver appeared to have suffered minor injuries and was conscious and talking at the scene. However due to "chest issues" he was taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro.
In the early evening of the same day the driver died in hospital. A post-mortem examination is due to be conducted. The man’s next-of-kin are aware.
Any witnesses are asked to contact police quoting log 309 of 3 March.
