Man admits Mylor assault
Kevin David Martin, 34, of no fixed abode, has been fined £330 by magistrates in Truro after pleading guilty to assaulting Perdita Barnicoat in Mylor.
Mr Martin was made to pay a £33 victim surcharge and costs of £85, was ordered not to contact Perdita Barnicoat, nor to go to Avalon Close in Mylor.
