Trial date set as pair deny Porthleven assault charge
Samuel Robert Bond, aged 26, of Trevisker Drive, Porthleven and Joel Sean Stevenson, aged 22, of Telford, Shropshire, pleaded not guilty at Truro's magistrates' court to jointly assaulting Matthew Larvan at Porthleven on December 27.
The cases were adjourned for trial at Truro magistrates' court on April 9.
