A missing Devon teenager has been found safe and well in Penzance, say police.

Harriet was located at 6.15pm after she contacted her family.

Police say the last sighting of Harriet was at Exeter Central Railway Station at around 9.40am on Monday with officers sayiong Harriet’s disappearance was something that she planned after she "made allowances such as packing a bag and ensuring she had enough money with her."
