A Mullion man will face a jury trial after pleading not guilty to sending offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing messages.
Pietro Piras, aged 52, of Redannack North, Mullion, denies the charges that were alleged to have occurred at Probus on August 4 and 5 last year, and at Grampound on September 4 last year.
A not guilty plea was entered to the charges that Mr Piras “sent by means of a public electronic communications network” messages that were “grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character”.
A date has been set for a jury trial at Truro Magistrates Court on June 16.
