Firefighters were caled to Trescobeas road, Falmouth, yesterday evening after a report of a fire in art studio.
Eleven firefighters in two appliances from Falmouth attended just after 7pm after a call that to a fire in an upstairs room of a home.
A spokesman said: "The caller was advised to leave the building and within minutes crews were on scene.
"Crews entered the building wearing two breathing apparatus and carrying one hose reel and a fire extinguisher. #
The fires within an art studio was established as being out.
Firefighters naturally ventilated the building and fitted smoke detectors before returning to station.
