Pupils at St Francis School in Falmouth became detectives for a day of crime solving as part of National Science fortnight.
The children took part in a forensic workshop led by Chris Park of Education Group, combining learning with fun when they were tasked with solving a bank safe robbery.
Chris said: “They had ten minutes of information and learning before going off to put what they had just learned into practice.”
The morning was part of a programme of activities to mark the fortnight, when lessons will try to incorporate as much science as possible. Next week the school will be visited by a space dome.
