Children at Falmouth Primary Academy were given the chance to see chicks hatch from eggs and experience their first week of life after an incubator was brought into class.
The year two pupils helped care for the nine chicks which had arrived at school as eggs and had all hatched within 48 hours.
After ten days all the little chicks were returned to the Living Eggs project except for one which is to be reared at the school and cared for by the children.
