A trial date has been set for a 70-year-old Falmouth man accused of growing cannabis worth £13,500.
Ivan Barnett, aged 70, of Oakfield Road, Falmouth, entered no pleas at Truro’s magistrates’ court to charges of being concerned in the production of cannabis valued at £13,500 and possessing cannabis valued at £90 at Falmouth on October 30.
He was sent for trial at Truro Crown Court on April 17.
