A Penryn teenager has been fined £110 and ordered to pay £105 in costs after a police search found he was in possesion of skunk.
In custody for another matter, an 18-year-old Penryn man was searched by the police and found with 1.89 grams of skunk cannabis worth £11.18 in a cannabis grinder.
Brad Lenton, of Harbour View, Penryn, pleaded guilty at Truro Magistrates’ Court to possessing the drug at Camborne on January 28.
He had a police caution for a similar offence in October.
Lenton, who had no explanation for the magistrates, was fined £110 and £105 costs and surcharge.
